Epoxy steel or metal bonder

Features:
1) 2 components, A and B, epoxy adhesive, starts reacting after put together
and of outstanding adhesive property
2) Typical usage:
a) Rubber floor covering smooth surfaces (concrete, metal, cement screed)
b) Tufted carpets backed with latex foam to smooth surfaces both indoor
and outdoor
c) Wood block flooring on damp surfaces
d) Rubber or synthetic sport flooring for indoor and outdoor applications
over concrete
3) Physical properties after parts A and B mixed
a) Specific gravity (ASTM 1475): 1.70
b) Tensile (ASTM 2370): 2,400 PSI/MIL
c) Elongation (ASTM 2370): 20%
d) Shore hardness (ASTM 2240): 80
e) Coverage: 160 240 sq.ft./2 US gallons or 2-3sqm/L depending on the
surface conditions and the trowel
4) Drying time:
a) Setting time: setting time is strongly influenced by the temperature
b) Setting time: 3.5h, 5.5h, 7.5h, 12h, 24h, 36h
c) Tough dry: very light traffic for 24 - 48 hours
d) Dry hard: regular traffic 72 96 hours
5) Full cure: 7- 10 days
