Brief introduction:

BS-5006 Fully automatic RTV gasket maker filling & sealing machine is the special fill machine for small package High-temperature silicone sealant, RTV silicone Gasket maker, acrylic sealant and so on. It can perform the whole process to aluminum tube which contains sealants, including filling, tail sealing and printing of lot number. It suits for product packing in such field: all kinds of sealants,medicine, home-oriented chemical, food, chemical engineering and so on. 

Structural feature:

 It adopts plunger mode so the filling is as precise as less than 1% measuring error; stepless speed regulation and tail folding in double way by the state-of-the-art horseshoe structure, which results in pretty folded tail; the machine is simple to operate, filling, sealing and printing are completed in straight way. It completely eliminates the common problem in other machines that the tube tail exists silking and leakage. Gas protecting device can be used for operation in special industries, so as to prevent solidification during transport and storage after sealing.
