1.Feeding speed:

The average filling speed is about 35 cartridges/min. it depends on the proficiency level of the operators. The maximum speed can be 40pcs/cartridge.

2.Function:

2.1. Press and feeding sealing compounds;
2.2. The dosing accuracy is less than ±2.0g per tube;
2.3. Silicone sealant feeding and plunger inserting should be operated by 2 workers;

2.4. The plunger injector tool can exhaust air from the cartridges. so the shelf life of silicone sealant can be guaranteed.
